Title: Lead Gutter Technician

OVERVIEW:
Main Purpose: The Lead Gutter Technician position requires a person who can work by themselves or lead a team of individuals in the field to produce K-style gutter and gutter accessory installations with top-of-field quality.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Verify project installation both written and visually through paperwork and the Acculynx app with pictures and notes/messages.
Help develop further best practices and training for existing and new products.
Train employees on K-style gutter/accessory installation.
Verify material in/out daily for quantities, quality and color.
Manage assigned daily job workflow.
Maintain all assigned equipment through EZOfficeInventory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 2 years minimum installing K-style gutters
Education: N/A
Physical Demands: Climb ladders, handle gutters
Work Environment: Outdoors, in the elements, heights, team oriented
Mindset: team oriented, leadership minded, willing to learn
Additional: MUST have current Driver's License
