*SUMMARY*
The Representative will provide support to Clients in a number of technical areas.
* Network administration
* Hardware and software maintenance
* Active Directory, DHCP, DNS administration
* VoIP systems
* Network traffic analysis
* M365 Configuration and Concepts
* Firewall Configuration
* VPN Tunneling and Connectivity
* VLAN Administration
* VMware and Hyper V Administration
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
*
* Perform remote & onsite troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems.
* Install/upgrade hardware and software components as required.
* Maintain/Troubleshoot Windows Domain environments, Active Directory, DNS, Multi server environments, Hyper V Virtual server environments
* Firewall Configuration and Support– Firewall policy and configuration, VPN tunneling, QOS, Traffic Routing
* Maintain/Troubleshoot VMware Virtual Environment
* Microsoft Application Suite Installation & Support – M365 Setup and Configuration, Office (2010-2019)
* Windows Desktop Operating System Support
* Managed Backup / BDR Systems
* Managed Switch Configuration - Creating and supporting VLAN environments, Port tagging and configuration
* WiFi Administration – installation, configuration, traffic analysis, coverage analysis
*QUALIFICATIONS*
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work as an individual along with being a member of the Team environment.
Job responsibilities will be performed at KeeFORCE offices and KeeFORCE client locations.
