ENTRY LEVEL Roofing Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials and techniques - Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements - Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions - Install insulation and vapor barriers to ensure proper temperature control - Apply waterproofing materials to protect roofs from leaks and water damage - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Requirements: - Experience working with power tools and equipment commonly used in roofing projects - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents - Proficiency in trim carpentry and frame carpentry techniques - Knowledge of metal stud framing for commercial roofing projects - Familiarity with masonry work for chimney repairs or other related tasks - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or climbing Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
