Engineering Change Coordinator

Your Job SRG Global is looking for an Engineering Change Coordinator to join our team.
This role will support both our Newbern, TN and Portageville, MO sites.
The Engineering Change Coordinator will facilitate internal/external changes within the Portageville, MO and Newbern, TN sites.
Ensuring permanent and temporary changes are effectively planned, tracked, implemented, and confirmed to intent.
In addition, the right candidate will focus on transitioning mass production programs into service, service to end of life, and facilitating activities associated with asset management.
The ideal candidate will align with our management philosophy while most importantly having a solid foundation of virtues.
Being a team player, quick learner, self-motivated, innovative, detail orientated, organized, and having excellent communication skills are required for this role.

What You Will Do Facilitate the implementation of product, process, and temporary changes Point of contact for external engineering changes Maintain fixed asset list and facilitate customer asset audits Facilitate weekly meetings with process owners Facilitate production to service and service to end of life transitions Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Engineering or technical experience within a manufacturing environment Experience leading small cross functional teams or managing projects What Will Put You Ahead Knowledge of IATF Quality Management System Experience working in the automotive industry Knowledge of plastic injection molding, plating, painting, assembly, and MP&L processes This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
